- Advised President Barack Obama’s Women's Outreach and Policy teams on the development of a policy platform on women and the economy during the 2008 US Presidential campaign
- Advised Presidential candidates, including John Kerry, Al Gore, Bill Clinton, and Jesse Jackson on strategies to effectively mobilize women voters
- Serves as Advisor/Board Member to “Electoral Dysfunction” Documentary Project, slated for national PBS broadcast in 2012, that examines how America’s voting system is broken, along with viable proposals for reform.
- Organized and directed a national voting rights operation designed to increase participation of under-represented voters for the 2002 mid-term elections.
- Organized national voter participation program for VOTE NOW '92.
- Directed Massachusetts Human SERVE (Human Service Employees Voter Registration and Education Campaign).
- Built presidential support for Title X family planning, Title IX affirmative action, paid family and medical leave, reproduction rights and health, and domestic violence and sexual harassment protections.
- Directed national field operations for the National Childhood Immunization Initiative, a highly acclaimed presidential initiative, which increased the child immunization rate to 90%. Provided strategic planning and technical assistance to ten regional outreach coordinators on public-private partnerships, community outreach, and public education.
- Developed a communications strategy, key messages and collateral to expand donor and community outreach efforts for The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Katrina Disaster Survivors Legal Assistance Program
- Partnered with an international pharmaceutical company to create and produce an event series featuring A-list celebrities promoting civic participation during the 2008 Democratic and Republican national conventions and the 2009 Presidential inauguration
- Created a collaboration between the Insight Center for Economic Community Development’s Color of Wealth Summit and the White House National Economic Council to address the racial wealth gap
- Brazelton Case Study
- Created a national communications strategy for the National Center on Parent, Family and Community Engagement, a project of the Brazelton Touchpoints Center at Children's Hospital Boston.
- Managed successfully the nominations effort for the Presidential Citizens Medal of Honor Award to Dr. T. Berry Brazelton.
- Created a corporate communications strategy to improve public perception and relations in minority media markets following lawsuits alleging deliberate under-representation
- Provided strategic support to the Haitian Ambassador to U.S. on post earthquake rebuilding efforts
- Created ongoing partnerships for an international pharmaceutical company with the Society for Women’s Health Research, the Congressional Black Caucus Institute and The Creative Coalition to promote health awareness in diverse communities
- Organized a statewide alliance among trade unions, women’s groups, and community based organizations that defeated a statewide referendum to repeal the “Prevailing Wage” law
- Established a partnership with the Congressional Black Caucus Institute to produce and promote the DC premiere and cast party for the film Gospel Hill, as part of the 2009 Presidential Inaugural festivities
- Developed and produced a program to provide leadership training , promote political awareness and increase electoral participation for 600 young women at the 2004 Democratic and Republican National conventions
